We stayed at Jia for 3 nights in May 2009, and we found the service excellent and the rooms and lobby very clean and chic. Very modern and comfortable, the beds were great with nice linens. The room had a nice TV and nice bathroom. The hotel room had a microwave and mini fridge, and the hotel provided a continental breakfast (cereal, granola, yogurt, juices, croissants, pastries, great coffee), free bottled water and free soft drinks 24-7, and they had a fancy coffee/espresso machine free for guests 24-7 too. Every evening from 5-10pm, they had free wine and it was a nice time to sit in the modern lobby and visit with others while accessing WiFi. They also have washers and dryers (also free) which was very convenient for us. Great location to the Metro stop and to the mall. We will definitely stay here again! Eating: We loved Eat Right (directly off escalator), Hong Kong Brew Company (must go!) and iCaramba (mexican). The concierge was helpful in directing us and getting us taxis. Other note: We bought an Octopus 3-day card for unlimited metro riding and for the ride from the airport to the Central metro stop. Depending on how much luggage you have, I'd recommend taking a taxi from the end of the airport line to the hotel--the metro has a lot of steps, and it was hard for us to carry our suitcases up the stairs.
