My wife and i stayed here for 3 nights in May. It was outstanding excellent service from the minute we stepped into the Lobby.Great rooms, Great pool on top floor with great views and right in the heart of Mongkok. We will be back for sure Ken Casey

Langham Place is a decent hotel, but has absolutely no business claiming a 5 star rating. You get a good room for the price, but the quality and staff are indifferent at best. There were several minor issues, ice machine not working, internet DNS failures, room keys quitting working midway through the stay (not just one, but both), leaking shower that are not deal killers, but certainly not what you would expect at a 4 or 5 star hotel. If you are on a budget, this is a fair property to consider. If you need to entertain clients, stick to one of the true 5 star properties, such as the Shangrila or Conrad, or the Peninsula if you are in Kowloon.

This is a decent hotel, but a push to be in the 3star or above league. The staff is aloof and indifferent, they use phrases that accompany 4 or 5 star hotels, but do not walk the walk. This is a bargain for those that do not really want or require deluxe accommodations, and with that said is a perfectly adequate hotel. This hotel does not measure up in any way to those prime properties here.

The Langham is one of the top hotels I have stayed in. I was there for 5 nights and every night felt fresh and comfortable. The lobby is very elegant and the rooms are great with amazing views no matter which side you stay. The breakfast is delicious and vast, including bizzare choices such as shark fin. The roof-top pool is great and the exercise room and spa are as well. There is a mall attached to the Langham that has plenty of shops and restaurants. For the comfort and money, this is the best place to stay while in Hong Kong. I am a frequenter of China and when I am in Hong Kong I stay at the Langham Place.
