This HOTEL staff front desk peolple are so RUDE and MEAN! I dont know why the hotel put them in the front desk as they dont know customer service. The hotel should train these front desk customer how to deal with professional and ethical customer service. They show my family an attitude, making faces and very rude when they were! to be fair with the staff their and for peolple here to belive this is a real complain their names are ( Y__ and F__) so at least im note generalizing the whole staff there. The hotel should discipline and reprimand them! I booked this hotel thinking my family will enjoy the trip in hotel but they spoiled it! NOT WORTH TO BE CALLED ROYAL! as they dont treat their hotel well. I have complain this to customer service and inform them how they treated my family there. the hotel manager said they wil linvestigate it but its not worth it anymore, the damage have been done and they have ruined the trip of my family! I just feel bad with my parent ( senior citizen) and my 2 little nephew and niece who experience their bad service and unprofessionalism! If we go back to hongkong, definetly not in this hotel. Hopefully, the hotel will use this complain to improve there service and train their staff with good customer service and satisfaction! we pay for this hotel, this is not free so we deserve to be treated right!
