I have been there for 5 nights. It is not expensive. It is very close to Yau Ma Tei, a very central MTR station, from which you can easily go north or to the island (the more turistic part). The rooms are small (but very clean), as I believe in many other hotels in HK. But you can adapt to it, at least I did it easily and I am not an easy guy to accommodate. But the best part was the management and staff: helpful and kind for my all stay. Highly recommended.

Very clean - one of the cleanest I've used in Hong Kong; Reasonably quiet, especially for Nathan Street; would have been quieter but for a loud neighbor. No street noise whatsoever. Helpful and hospitable staff. We were in transit from the mainland to the airport and found Casa to be convenient and reasonably priced. Would use again.
